Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is produced from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), along side their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
