Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
